As basically every other review has mentioned, you will have a hard time finding a lower paying company compared to industry standards for similar roles. They will not under any circumstance consider paying their employees more money, so don't expect anything more than a 3% raise every year to keep pace with inflation (if you're lucky). There are no more entry level jobs for people living in the United States from what I can tell. They are outsourcing every job they possibly can to India or Colombia, and you'll be expected to train your new co-worker (replacement). The quality decline has already been noticeable due to these changes, but upper management does not care. Constant layoffs with no notice or transition plans, and operations teams are forced to pick up the pieces with no direction or backfill support. Upper management is laughably out of touch, They constantly share new business wins, hold company meetings in fancy places like the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, and brag about vanity awards they receive from other people in media all while their employees get laid off or quit in droves. I've been through multiple CEO's and regimes during my tenure, but the current one is by far the worst. Extreme various in competence levels across the org, have had some co-workers who quite literally kept us in business while others just coast for years. No incentive to do well, most roles do not have an advancement path.
