Really great environment. Work at your own pace and still be very productive. The work is also very interesting and challenging, but there is little in terms of an overall idea or concept. This can be great, if you are passionate about your specific project and self-motivated enough to get things done. The management is great and since most of the employees are very self motivated, the work environment is fun to be a part of.

no structure - pretty much none at all. Everyone is responsible for their own project; occasionally people will split off into groups of two or three to get things done, but there is not much more cohesion than that. Work is pretty much dictated by what a customer or small group of customers needs that month. This means that a lot of time can be spent on features that will only be used once by one person. This makes it hard for all the completed projects to work together. Legacy code is a real problem
