Pros

You're given plenty of training and guidance throughout. Not your typical sales floor with high pressure and hard targets, much more of a consultative approach. Building relationships with candidates and clients is encouraged, rather than quick wins. Great sociable team, everyone goes out together at least once a week with regular social activities planned.

Cons

You have to be proactive enough to ask for help. The more questions you ask, the better you'll do.

Cons

Unstructured and unprofessional recruitment process. Poor scheduling coordination and repeated timing issues, lack of clear role/company information before screening questions, and inconsistent communication throughout. My phone number was contacted without me knowingly sharing it, and I was told it was sourced from LinkedIn, which wasn't even shared in my LinkedIn profile. Not a respectful use of time, so I disengaged early.
