flexible schedule, give away hours if something comes up, great management and co-workers

Cons

back to back calls, no breathing room, have to type while on the call with caller, some scripts from the clients don't make sense when asking the questions,

Great company, great people to work with. Flexible schedule, and great management.

Cons

Call volume can be hectic and the script can be rigid at times. Also, pay can be better.
