I have been with Antea Group for 13 years now, and have witnessed many changes in the organization. I am often asked "why are you still here?" It's simple. Culture. Antea Group's organizational model is dynamic, but elegant. It fosters leadership, creativity and a sense of purpose, but grounded in fundamentals by rewarding performance-based execution and growth. Passion is encouraged.
Cons
Antea Group is not for everyone. They seek passionate leaders to drive growth of the individual and the business. Those that are not focused on their own professional development and/or rely too heavily on others to drive their own growth will struggle.
