Pros
You get a paycheck every 2 weeks. There are opportunities to learn for new college graduates, provided they take it upon themselves to figure the job out with inadequate training.
Cons
Awful pay, laughable benefits. The company doesn't even pretend to care about retaining employees. Miserable work environment, little to no hope for any advancement or salary for new employees. The company treats hourly employees like children. The quality of the services is subpar also - I would not order diagnostic tests for any of my pets from VCA, even with the discount.
