Pros

Great people, really kind, smart and helpful. Good pay, decent benefits, good travel opportunities.

Cons

No initial training, terrible management and leadership. No communication from the top down, no communication among teams, people coming and going constantly, layoffs, etc.

Cons

Not enough time to confidently handle customers 100 percent independently, hard to request time off,
