Pros

Hiring process is good, Interviews are very straightforward and they work with you for most of it.

Cons

They will hire and say its a perm position, but it's still just a temp job, they will make the excuse that it's "Restructuring" but as soon as it dies down you're canned. None of the tech works, they will not give you any slack in training if the company issued equipment doesn't work. If you are a Rehire expect to be behind on everything because HR will have nothing ready for you at all. Also, Human resources are basically unreachable, you won't be able to contact them at all, even the bosses there have a hard time with it.

Company provides equipment, good hourly pay, training for your specific position, communication during on-boarding, satisfactory scheduled hours.

Cons

Not enough time to confidently handle customers 100 percent independently, hard to request time off,
