There are no pros, jobs shipped out, 12 hour days forced on some lines, made up rules, be there 15 mins early and stay over 5 mins to compensate the shortcomings of managements awful decisions.
Cons
If you don't mind dealing with low pay, horrible benefits, sexism and racism then this is the job for you.
