Pros
Decent pay, decent benefits. For the most part good coworkers to work with. Plenty opportunity for overtime if you like it.
Cons
Management is terrible. Must be on the body system. Don't maintain their machines or purchase any parts needed for equipment. Definitely don't purchase any new equipment.
