No pros are here. Only cons.

1) The salary is never paid on time. It can be paid from 20 to 25th of a month. Sometimes you may receive your salary earlier but that happens scarcely, once in a blue moon. 2) The CEO is an absurd person. He will give you irrelevant work and once you have done those, instead of checking he’ll simply ignore you saying how busy he is (he’s just busy deciding what should be on the menu for lunch). He’d behave absurdly and roughly if you ask him regarding anything whether it’s work related or payment related. 3) Without communicating with you, they’ll hand over your task to some other employees and you’d be left with no tasks whatsoever. Then they’d do the same with those employees as well. 4) Some of the reviews here say that the CEO has got some anger issues. But it’s not true at all. He’s just a pathetic human being who suffers from inferiority complex due to having a failing company, and to counter that he’d always downplay and disrespect others. 5) Unless you wanna be the CEO’s personal servant by remembering the names of his family members and remembering what his family members like or not, do not come here. 6) During my short tenure, from the HR (only one person was working as a functioning HR), to developers and project managers left the company due to how hellhole of a this is.
