- No two days are the same. Looking after the exec team and the office as well as picking up some HR administration means that every day is busy but productive so I finish each day with a sense of accomplishment. - I'm left to manage my own time and workload but I have a supportive line manager/s when needed. Having this flexibility means it's easier to handle the multiple hats I wear. - The people are awesome. I've really missed seeing them in the office as we've all worked from home for the past year. The whole company is very sociable and the regular trips to the pub or karaoke were great! The movie and game nights were brilliant fun and I can't wait until we are having these again! During lockdown we've had some great virtual quizzes but they are not the same as in person events. - The office location is great. A short walk from London Bridge and Bermondsey Street where there are many great places for lunch and several parks for chilling in the summer.

- There needs to be a better communications link between management and the rest of the staff. I know this feedback has been heard before and they are working on this now, however this is tricky when everybody is working from home. - The office is basically a large echo chamber and the HVAC system is effective but pretty loud but due to my role I can't really work with headphones in all the time as others can. There have been several leaks that takes building management a long time to deal with.

- Family-like feel to the company, everyone gets on and works as a team. -exciting times with a startup company and working with games from the legends. - lots to learn and great for someone starting out in their career in the gaming industry. - hybrid working and deliveroo orders in the office!
