First of all Don't believe with positive reviews. Its all fake. if you ignore this and tried to join there you may face following problems No proper introduction about the product or Domain or Code walk through, and expectation is that you will start working on it like you have worked before. If you failed to do so you will be monitored closely. If you Ask any leads/senior person for help they wont give any information , if they give it will be in a form you wont understand a bit or "Change this x at line 9 to y" .Seriously that's the work people do in start up???? They are ferocious about job security and their importance will go down. Management also wont bother about how much you understand about product and how clear knowledge you have about customer use cases. They will create Tasks/Feature and assign it and track you for completion . Their job is done Sometimes they don't even a have realistic achievable plan and expect the employees to complete according to the plan.(P.S:Employees do have a personal life don't forget this while planning) Bogus stock option which they will use for negotiating for Salary. They wont give it in paper. And which they can dilute . Anuta is not a great pay master. They will negotiate like people do in vegetable shop. They will give false promises like work is awesome and environment is too good.When it comes to road map, nobody knows what we will be doing in next 2 months. High level management like co- founders pings the junior guys for asking status, they wont trust mid level management and don't want to give proper control to them also. Believe it or not they have a guy to monitor each and everyone's activity like when he will come/when he will go , how much time person spend on lunch No proper hike cycle. You have to ask explicitly. This shows how organised they are and how much they care about employee. When you will ask hike they will say "US Team" will come in next 2-3 months then we can discuss!!!! So please avoid this company, there are lot of good companies are out there. Don't believe on false promises , Don't join and regret like I did.

Anuta always treats employees with utmost care to meet the high standards of employee satisfaction which includes health & insurance benefits, flexible leaves, unlimited work from home option, sports clubs and exposure to customer work environments. Employees need to upgrade their skills on par with changing trends in the markets and customer needs. To enable this Anuta provides enough documentation with videos, power point presentations and interaction with mentors from various teams who can take them through full life cycle of the product. Regarding the stock options, legally signed documents were distributed to employees. We never received any complaints related to stock options. Anyways Anuta welcomes employees to bring up the grievances with management so that the assumptions and misunderstandings can be addressed. Regarding the attrition, the number of people left the organisation, since the time of inception 5 years is less than 3 percent. This is very less while the industry' is experiencing around 40 percent attrition rate. However, we are working hard to improve on this further.
