      - Fixable working hour, can lunch long time - salary over the market price

      Cons

      - difficult to get promotion if you are female - reward of the result only benefit for a specific person - no management skill form top management level to middle management level - it's not a fair working environment for female - all the product is fake in the market and the reporting for the client is fake - management has no business ethics with partner

      Pros

      People are youthful and friendly many opportunities for self learning as IT developer you get the option to work remotely which is very convenient.

      Cons

      because the company is young, management is chaotic with not much of experience goals change a lot midway quarters and work delivery is expected to be extremely fast.
