Pros
The people. I really enjoyed the friendships I made.
Cons
The leadership is literally driving the company into the ground. Several bad business deals have not only ruined the company's reputation, but also caused a massive layoff. Leadership should learn how to take feedback and suggestions from their employees who genuinely want the best for the company but also know what prospects and clients want. The roadmap is driven by the CPO who could care less what employees, clients and prospects want. His response is always "that will be expensive, what roadmap item do you want to push, or that will require a massive overhaul of the platform". The platform is archaic and cannot compete with other providers in the space. It's a shame at how underdeveloped the system is considering it's been around for 11 years. I doubt AnyRoad will be hiring anytime soon, but I would not recommend that anyone work here-- you'll be laid off in a matter of weeks due to restructuring, change of plans, or some other poor decision made by leadership.
