Pros

I've been here for five months, and it feels like home already. I honestly can't believe how much I've enjoyed every single day. The culture here is truly something special. What I love most is the challenge. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow, and the feeling of solving a complex problem for a customer is so incredibly rewarding. And let me tell you about the commission – it’s a game-changer. It’s set up so that your hard work directly translates into real rewards, and that feeling of control over your own earning potential is so empowering. A major part of what makes this company so great is the management team. They aren't just leaders; they're mentors who genuinely invest in your success. They've created an environment where you feel supported, not micromanaged, and their open-door policy makes it easy to get the guidance you need. It's refreshing to work for a company where management believes in you and empowers you to do your best. Any Van genuinely cares about its people. They give you all the support you need to succeed, and for me, it’s been more than just a job; it’s been a place to thrive. I’m so excited for what the future holds here and would highly recommend it.

Cons

Only that its a bit far from way from my home, but that's a personal problem!

Pros

You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

Cons

You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

Pros

A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

Cons

A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
