Pros
The early days of AnyVision were great. The announcement of a $70M+ Series A round and a partnership with Microsoft led to a lot of positive momentum in the industry. The company was gaining substantial traction with clients in a variety of verticals and were hiring left and right to support the demand as well. However recently, poor management decisions, unnecessary spending of investor money, zero focus on product development, and among other things (See Cons) have led to the decline of the company. FYI, for those reading reviews here on Glassdoor, all the “positive” reviews were created by current AnyVision employees at HQ. Do not be fooled by what you read.
Cons
AnyVision is a company that no one should consider for employment opportunities. Unless you like being a puppet on a string, do not work here. If you’re in sales, I would highly recommend avoiding the company as they will not honor compensation agreements nor pay you on deals that you have sold. I have horror stories of partners and colleagues still waiting to be paid on deals that they sold. All in contracts too. If you’re in IT, I would also highly recommend not working here. You will walk into a world of headaches, products that are half baked/too premature for the market, and a place where your ideas/recommendations are never considered. You will be too busy playing tech support the majority of the time. Go somewhere where your talents and skills are valued. The company has recently let go over 30 people days before Christmas (Myself Included). Poor company spending is the majority of the cause and new leadership lacks the ability to comprehend how business is run in the industry (especially North America & surrounding regions).
