The leaders and tech leads are quite nice and have good problem solving intuition from engineering perspective. As intern the VP guided me on an optimization problem on RAG retrieval, and the methods proposed was insightful and give me a transition from Academic thinking to solving real world problem via problem driven, simplicity, engineering driven way.

The salary for intern as part-time is zero. If you really need the first step experience, it could be acceptable.
