      Pros

      Can get hands on experience on how things are done. You can be assigned any task or department based on your proficiency.

      Cons

      Work environment: -no clear direction of tasks to be done -Boss talks to employees in a disrespectful manner. Lack of appropriate safety measures used in testing makes it very risky. Strict timings and working Saturdays will suffocate you. Can be fired anytime for no reason. Will take ages to convert you to a full time employee.
