      Pros

      Great coworkers and culture. Due to its size, you can expand your role and learn different things if you choose to.

      Cons

      Lack of consistency due to the decentralized organization of the company and the spin in May of 2018. Management is still trying to understand how they want to view the company which causes a lot of rework and duplicated work. Limited career advancement
