Pros
The vast majority of people were great to work with.
Cons
Where to start, where to start. Firstly, management team is non-existent. Since almost all the C-Suite was based on Tel-Aviv, they had a warped perception of how other markets function. This applies to business practices as well as standard vacation. Only offering 2 weeks is ridiculous, yet the entire month of September the HQ was off for religious observance.
Next up, finances. They had a CFO who would routinely lie about status of payment and advise his underlings NOT to respond to client emails or rep emails. Even after he was gone during a mass layoff, the finance team still couldn't do their job by paying clients on time. Clients were largely not paid which has caused MASSIVE debt within the company, to the point there is no viable future. Their NY office was supposed to be the BD HQ, and they now have close to NO US business.
Management as a whole is inexperienced. One of the founders is so delusional with how things should be run. His replacement is even worse. Also to believe that every market is the same is an amateur move and not making a point to understand the intricacies behind each means you have zero business doing business in those markets.
In sales, not a single member of the sales team had received a commission check in 3+ years which is INSANE
