Pros
Good office environment Women-friendly workplace On-time salary Friendly and supportive teammates
Cons
They call themselves a multinational, but it’s all show with nothing inside. They brag “we are an MNC,” hire talented people, and then make them do property management work—tasks even an intermediate pass could handle. After joining, you must sing in front of everyone within 90 days, and women are forced into regular singing and dancing. Even a sneeze needs permission. Work pressure is extreme. Night shifts (6 pm – 3 am) often drag till morning, ruining your sleep cycle and mental health. You lose both social and family life. On top of that, every month you’re forced to read books and take exams. Worst of all, your skills go to waste. You only deal with vendors and clients over petty issues like grass cutting. These skills are useless elsewhere, and after a couple of years no company will value your experience. You’ll end up stuck, serving this company endlessly.
