So far so good - Senior Fund Accountant Apex Group Employee Review

I was a bit skeptical when I first started my role as I saw several negative reviews on Glassdoor but since my day 1 until now 2 years later I am pretty happy with my role. Both my Manager and Head of Department are supportive, I work with great people. The company has some events to join. The workload is manageable. I get bonus at annual review, and get compensated well for any overtime I work. I feel heard and supported when I need guidance in my role. Salary wise I think mine is on average in the industry, I have been following the market and not seen any other similar role/responsibilities with better remuneration. Due to the ongoing expansion of the groyp, it does bring a feeling of security and pride for employees to know I am a part of something big.
