there was nothing wrong,it just it was little far

While taking a decision, the opinion of every single team member is regarded to be necessary. 4) Salary on time. 5) Supporting colleagues. 6) Leaves approved during an emergency without any constraint. 7) Senior management and senior team members are supportive and highly skilled with experience of working in great organizations. 8) Events and days celebrated with great joy.

The only difficulty I see is we have 9 hrs working and Saturday working for 1st and 3rd week. It's not that bad as you think, but you have to suggest one, so I found under my experience the only one drawback
