They seem to pay on the higher end

Too many off-site or contract employees, basically destroys any efficiency that norma offices have
Different sets of rules for onsite employees vs offsite employees
Many offsite employees (full time not contract)live in SoCal but aren't required to come in the office to work.
Not family friendly, looked down upon if you have family commitments that conflict with company events (even if company events are after hours)
No true chain of command, no accountability
Enhance the benefits, whether it is a gym membership or some kind of perk.
