Great Company - Anonymous employee Apex Sign Group Employee Review

Family company trying to grow. Lots of room for improvement and starting up of programs. If you have worked for a big company before and you switched over you can go far!

Low salaries and small company. You have to assume multiple hats and jobs due to size

A paycheck every other Friday.

Managers are extremely un-professional, come in late every morning, are rude, arrogant & condescending. HR specifically stated that she was ONLY there to "support the managers", not the employees. Company has no funds to pay vendors for work completed, no extras (raises, bonuses). Turnaround is a revolving door and the owners have let things escalate to a point of no return. There's no appreciation for dedication & hard work either. Apex's best employees have either left or are retiring soon.
