In a nutshell, what the best startups/scale-ups should look like. Strong rational leadership that are easily approachable and very down to earth. They have managed to build a special culture with a lot of smart and driven people and they trust you with a lot of responsibilities from the onset. The product has a real impact on the way financial institutions operate. All these ingredients make the whole journey very exciting and gives you a unique chance to be part of something BIG.
Cons
Obviously, it's not for everyone. As a fast growing company, people who are used to rigid corporate environment may not find it comfortable.
