      Pros

      Beautiful office environments in all 3 locations. Upbeat culture, I have never seen anyone snap or give terse answers to anyone else, even via Slack/Skype/etc. Competitive pay. Company is interconnected, with everyone having a chance to plug in and learn about any aspect of the company.

      Cons

      Timely communication can sometimes be an issue, as the offices are in 3 time zones currently.
