      Pros

      The only good thing is there have friendly and pro group members, but they all left this company.

      Cons

      1. Unreasonable overtime hours and workload, have 10/10/6(10 am, 10 pm, 6 days) working hours. 2. Twice daily meeting with China team, at 10 am and 10 pm, and spend a lot of time just communicating trying to understand what the other person is saying, not solving problems. 3. Compensation and benefits are way lower than the average.
