- Pathetic middle management. All they care about is praising the senior management, will never care to take your point of view in consideration.
- They use all lingo like we are Agile, we are flexible. All are false talks, don't trust them. You won’t be part of any grooming, and when you ask questions, you will be said to Google it. Yup you read it right.
- They have a team in US to handle the UI work. Better leave the work to them, they don't like deviation from their practices (which may be good for them). But if they give any comments, even general ones, oh boy, the middle management at Bangalore will make your life hell. Everything is considered to be best practice. No documents, though, to outline the best practice. No one is going to explain them to you either.
- Senior management in Bangalore doesn't engage with new employees.
- No documents what so ever, and no one is interested to even create one. And no, you cannot ask questions.
- They say they are established company, but the culture is still very much start-up-ish. No, not in terms of work, but in terms of arrogance.
