Pros

Colleges are nice and helpful, and the office is clean and bright

Cons

Chaotic management, unclear policies, and constant layoffs make employees feel lost and insecure. Without a long-term vision from leadership, it leads to an unstable working culture and environment. Poor decisions from the management team made it impossible for the company to thrive, ultimately leading to its downfall.

Pros

Work with the talented colleagues

Cons

I left because I saw no future here. Most of the money benefits management, while employees struggle to get even basic reimbursements. This company has no clear plan or direction. The leadership claims this is how startups work, but repeated layoffs and unprofitable products prove otherwise. Even the most ambitious projects need proper planning—passion alone is not enough to succeed. Without a clear strategy, the company is just moving aimlessly. Employee benefits are almost nonexistent. If you're expecting bonuses or salary increases, you will likely be disappointed. Instead of supporting employees, management seems more focused on cutting jobs. While hiring decisions are unpredictable, I strongly recommend thinking carefully before joining this company.

Pros

Nice and collaborative colleagues with strong team spirit.

Cons

The working environment is totally discouraging. Management team just keep asking the employees to fufill their own dreams without any rewards as compensation, but even laying off employees with high productivity. Management team does not show any respect to the team leaders. They made the layoff exercise non-transparent and just kicked those employees, who do not flattering their boss daily, out from the company without seeking any advices from the team leaders. It made the team leaders confused and significantly affected the business operations. Before the layout off exercise, the management team played a dramatic show to all employees by saying that they achieved the revenue target in some product lines and asked the employees to clap hands for motivation. However, management team then emphasized the pace is not "fast enough" to achieve some targets. That's why they need to make redundancy decision. If you were the employees, can you accept this excuse as reason? Cutting headcounts with high productivity means you can walk even faster for achieving targets? What a ridiculous management team! They just focus how to play tricks without showing sincerity to the employees, both affected and unaffected.
