      US based employees are nice to work with and have common goals. Pay is also good

      Outsourcing to India on many teams leads to poor management from their teams and a lack of drive to solve problems. They would rather brush the problems under a rug and find excuses for not performing.

      A very intense environment, with work product expected to be elite. Hours can be long and occasionally weekend work required, depending on role.
