      Pros

      A speedy interview process. Started Immediately Good Training programme when you first start Company are open and straight forward Everyone has started at the bottom and worked through to different levels. Allowed me to get a clear vision on what I want.

      Could do with a bigger/better kitchen

      Pros

      Came from a different industry looking to give a twist to my career. The CEO took time to listen to my story and value the skills I would bring in to the company. The environment isn't just supportive, it is designed to push you forward, to develop and learn. The company believes in investing time in its team so that everyone grows and progresses as professionals. The working environment is also an incredibly fun one.

      There is no on-site parking.

      Pros

      Great friendly and fun atmosphere with lots of support from management who take the time to train and develop you personally. Offers a fast developing training programme with the opportunity to work your way up the ladder quickly and is purely based on how you perform to how quickly you get promoted.

      Cons

      Need some more outside parking for staff so you don’t get a parking ticket
