      Pros

      Company is expanding at a fast pace and it's great to be a part of it. Nice atmosphere to work in when in the office.

      Cons

      If you don't get in on time, the glass jugs are all gone which means you have to keep on going to the kitchen to refill your glass of water!!

      Company has a good positive culture with lots of opportunities for young people to grow and develop their careers in wealth management. You are given opportunities based on the results you deliver and offer fast progression.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything, maybe more socials would be good for culture.
