Pros
I have been at this company for a little over 2 years and have developed my characteristics and skill sets at a rate that i did not even know was accomplish able.
However, Lets start this review with truth, this is not your average 9-5 customer service position. This is a company that requires a hard-working, motivated, driven Individuals that wants a career opportunity. Someone that is just looking for a job to make some money, I would recommend that you keep looking.
What Apollo provides is an opportunity that allows you to grow personally and professionally in your career at your own pace.
I started at Apollo and learned the entire sales process in terms of dealing with customers, which refined my communication skills. understanding of clients that im representing, as well as developed my mentality as to how I look at challenges on a regular basis. All valuable skills that i will carry with me in life.
However, the main goal of me going through this process and developing these skills, was to set me up with the foundations to enable me to manage, train and lead a team of people on a regular basis. Which has been the most gratifying experience that I have had to this date.
If you do not get any sort of fulfillment in coaching/mentoring people and seeing the growth and development in that person and are solely just looking for individual success, then again, i would probably keep looking.
This company really does require the right person wants an opportunity and is willing to give 110% for it.
