Pros

If you are considering working, interviewing, or applying here PLEASE read the cons below to save yourself.

Cons

Working at Apollo Technical was one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. Management has no leadership or communication skills, give very little training (even though they stated they would during the interview) and consistently belittled employees, often in front of the entire office. The way leadership talks down to employees is completely unprofessional. Some of my favorite comments that were said to me and/or my co-workers include “I’ve seen sloths with more energy and enthusiasm than you”, “you’re acting like your dog was shot, “if we need to go down to one less employee we can do that”, and “don’t ask about company culture”. On top of the toxic work environment, they are extremely unreliable with commission payments. It takes a month or more to actually receive it when it’s on time and that’s if you get it at all. After leaving, I was still owed commission, which was never paid out. *Note: please make sure to read all onboarding paperwork fully at any job before signing so you don’t get tricked by slimy companies.* Some last cons include that they force employees to come into the office during dangerous weather conditions, like frozen roads or tropical storms. Additionally, they make you feel guilty for taking any time off or leaving on time. Employees are expected to stay well after 5pm even if all work is completed and if they don’t are called out and belittled (see paragraph above). Also, don’t believe them when they say there are “hybrid/remote opportunities”. Overall, this company doesn’t value its employees and fails to provide a supportive or respectful work environment. I would not recommend working here.

Develop sales & recruiting skills. Work many different companies You get trained and people make good money here. There are a lot of positions to work so you stay busy.

Cons

While the management team is approachable, there is an opportunity for them to transition from administrative oversight to more active, hands-on support for the team's core deliverables."

Pros

The other recruiters are nice and the pay and benefits are good

Cons

You will always be told every candidate you present is a red flag when you are training - even if they were out of work for a few years to take care of their kids. It makes it hard to learn and almost every person was yelled at when I was there. I talked to some others in similar roles and the processes I was taught to do were not recommended in their offices.
