      Pros

      Only one , if you have BPL card then you can go to your nearest civil hospital for monthly mental checkup for free of cost.

      Cons

      1. You will be usedto hear two words hundreds of times in day, first is TIMELINE and second is STRANGE. 2. If bug is from manager's end then make believe is a feature. 3. If manager decide to give party from office side then don't trust him. Bring your lunch from home. You'll found that manager is on leave on next day, and starts assigning tasks to employees over phone call.

      Pros

      1.Best Office Timings (8 to 4:30 PM) & Location. 2.Good work culture. From the technical point of view also, we have access to the latest phones and tablets for testing. 3. There is rarely someday (once in 6 months) when we have to stay in office when working hours are over. 4. You can easily talk to the manager in case you are facing any problem, and your problem will get resolved in no time :) 5. Work and personal life are balanced so well. This is THE BEST point about my company that I love to mention.

      Cons are easily converted to pros when you discussed the issue with the manager.

      1. If u are a manager , you can watch YouTube and can sleep in your cabin

      Cons

      1. Unnecessary work pressure at the time of salary increment (in April) 2. You have to strictly follow the timeline, but no one care about the time taken by changes in between development phase. 3. Boss is always right
