Pros

Free lunch and snacks. Good office facilities. One can learn to keep patience while working with dumb guys.

Cons

No job stability. They fire at will. Ex India engineering head was fired in a single day without giving anyone any notice. Organisation structure keeps changing frequently. They are still not able to come up with a good working model. Non technical QA leads who keep discussing household chores in office and simply disturb the surrounding area. Technical managers are actually non technical guys. So it gets really difficult to work with them. Delegation is one thing that they constantly do. No good work for India office. The tasty part of the pizza is eaten by the US/Canada office and leftovers are sent to India. Not a single manager takes any interest in improving this situation. The company favours "polish my boots and I will get you promoted" policy. It does not matter much if you do good work. All that matters is to be a yes-man here. HR talks too much but does nothing. In fact, the HR asked a few employees to post fake positive reviews on glassdoor. The initial glasssdoor rating was below 2, but with the help of fake reviews, they took it up to above 3. Similar to their product, they do jugaad here too. Too many meetings and that too at random times because of poor management. They know it is a problem, but still keep doing the same. Too much of poking from everywhere and everyone when you work on a certain task.
