      Challenging work environment which helps you gain valuable experience.

      Cons

      No maternity leave. Considering is mostly women who work for this company, I don't understand why there's no maternity leave. The benefits aren't good.

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
