      It was a regular job, not a temp job.

      Cons

      Feel like you are giving people false hope in finding a job, using them for there references and contacts. Promise of awesome training...you train yourself. Huge turnover.

      There are absolutely zero redeeming qualities.

      Cons

      Recruiters actively use biased, coded language to gatekeep candidates. They lack basic professional standards, ghosted me for weeks, and minimized my professional history.
