Pros
Depending on the branch you are in, you could be with a great group of people or bad group of people. I really can't think of great reasons to work here other than an opportunity to be very sales-oriented and sales-driven.
Cons
the pace is extremely frantic, they work you to the bone, upper management has all these ways to make you work harder and feel that you are extremely scrutinized for everything you do. It's very much a numbers is. EVERYTHING has a number attached to it and there are a MILLION reports that could be run to show where your numbers are.
