      Pros

      Not much. They are global and have a lot of resources but us them very inefficiently.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything. They only hire inexperienced people so they can pay really low wages. Constantly disappointing the clients. Leadership is vacant.

      Lots of orders to work Nice commission structure for direct hire

      Cons

      Very cut throat. Let you go without a warning 100000 miles per hour. No work life balance Insurance no one has, too expensive
