Pros

Once you learn the menu, it's all downhill from there. Managers are always present and willing to discount guests when there are complaints. If there's a problem with the food, they are proactive in solving it. Granted, I work at one of the better locations but I enjoy it a lot and my coworkers are like family to me; I have a lot of fun most days that I work.

Cons

Weekdays are slow more often than not, so I strictly work Friday, Saturday, Sunday (it's cool that they've allowed me to do this after I had open availability at first). Customers aren't super expectant but sometimes people complain there isn't more variety in the food/drinks. Occasionally it gets extremely stressful if we don't go on a wait in time, but for the past several months I can only recall one or two instances of that.

Pros

Short drive, Half off food, Will work with you with your schedule.

Cons

GM unprofessional. Not appreciated for your experience and what u can bring to the table. Tips were poor. Poor customer base. Antiquated POS. No patience to train properly. Are bullies. Heating and AC do not work properly. Extreme favoritism. Do not recommend. Oh and if you didn't make your sales quota, u were told you would lose hours. If a table walked out without paying, they made u pay the difference. Callous, unprofessional, employees came last. Sales is all that matters.
