Pros
Management prioritizes employee satisfaction. We recently went to unlimited PTO, a significant advance from the previous (for me) 2 weeks of combined non-holiday PTO. I have rarely been without an engagement. ACTS is growing and constantly hiring. Areas of business and technical focus are timely and relevant to the current market.
Cons
The employment agreement is broad and strict. I advise having an attorney review it, if possible. Compensation is reasonable, but not exceptional.
