Pros
There are a lot of opportunities to get involved with different projects. The people are kind and care a lot about the work and our clients/partners- colleagues that I worked with who were not managers were very easy to work with. My direct supervisor was very kind and cared about my growth and development.
Cons
A few micromanagers that end up doing your job on the back-end, and folks end up being puppets on the front end with partners. Management is not clear upfront that this is a family owned business. Favoritism and micro-aggressions occur regularly. Managers never ask for feedback from whom they are supervising- very top down working relationship. Some managers text you after hours with questions about projects - lack of healthy work-life boundaries. 3 month probationary period before getting health care benefits (try not to get sick/see a doctor within your first three months here!).
