The hours are very flexible, the pay is relatively good ($15/hr-$18/hr), and if the student doesn't show up Applied Tutoring will still provide payment for the session.
Cons
The number of hours is extremely variable, with the heaviest load around finals and mid-terms and no work at all during University breaks.
