DO NOT WORK HERE. Terrible Environment, No Career Growth.
I was told by a Spanish guy from there headquarters on my first day at this place “You have to do More”-absolutely BULLYING work environment.
Unclear company travel and hotel policies (never told by them in any shape or form) and blame employees for the costs.
The HR and finance departments suck as everyone knows they took all the end of year bonuses and even took away a $300 New Year First Prize Present from an employee so that they could share it amongst themselves.
You will not find anyone in the homologation department above 25 years old. The pay is absolutely terrible, and what’s more you learn nothing from the role except just “negotiating” (arguing) with the stakeholders.
