Pros
-Client orientations. These are meetings with pro sports teams, entertainment venues, spas, restaurants, etc. -Paid Training. It is commission based but they do help with paid training the first 4-6 weeks. -Transparency: There is a system in place that shows how someone moves up in the company. If people are willing to work really hard it is rewarding. -Employees/Atmosphere: The employees are younger and energetic. It is a very upbeat workplace. -Appointments: Event Coordinators get to go on appointments with large companies in their marketplace. -Meeting People: Constantly get to meet new people, learn about companies and different industries.
Cons
-Hard Work: It is really hard work. -Morning Meetings: They meet every morning at 7:30am for a morning meeting. -Long Days/Nights: There are some long nights as well. -Promoting: Employees have to promote every event two weeks beforehand. This is pretty stressful because you have to plan and promote 2-3 places a week. -Commission Based: It is 100% commission based. This works out well for some people (no cap) and not so well for some people.
