Pros
Where to start? I was lucky enough to start in the business as an apprentice and worked underneath the director for many years - he was an excellent mentor who's lessons went beyond my day-to-day role in the company. AC have a really strong team ethic - one that I haven't seen done in the same way in other organisations. There is a unique blend of team collaboration, yet everyone pushng for their own individual goals which is really nice to see. Christmas parties/socials are always really good fun, and feel like an actual celebration as opposed to a way to "blow off some steam". Targets often felt achievable - and training was second to none in terms of upskilling and continuous development.
Cons
Keep working on increasing shared ownership of failures/lack of success with clients - it can be easy to pass the buck but when the failure is owned by both internal parties it makes things easier
