Managers are friendly too to a certain extent. After office hours, it's nice.
Trust me, you'll make good friends. One of the reasons for giving it 4 stars.
Work is not too tough.

Cons
Most managers are incompetent. They are in constant stress, thus sometimes abusive behavior is seen.
Even the simplest of the simples task is unnecessarily made tough due to improper planning and bad management.
In rush hours, which is typically first half, work pressure is too high.
Not "one role one responsibility" thing exists. High chances that you might be expected to work out of the scope of your role and standard working hours.
If you see an IT guy doing accountant's work, don't be surprised..
Reimbursements are often delayed.
Salaries arrive on 10th.
